What's an ACTIVE Virtual Workshop? What's a PASSIVE Virtual Workshop? Watch both vides below to find out which one is best for YOU.

AGENDA (Saturday) - Here is our timeline of events for the first day of the Mastermind Workshop

09:00 - 09:15 - Expectations: We will discuss what is expected of you for the mastermind workshop (this will also include an overview)

09:15 - 09:30 - Questions you have Pre-Workshop (whiteboard): ALL questions will be covered or answered BEFORE you leave

09:30 - 10:00 - Mnemonic Review for LAB SIMULATION: We will REVIEW the critical element mnemonics for the lab simulation stations. Please note - You MUST have a clear understanding of these critical element mnemonics BEFORE you come to the workshop.

10:00 - 12:00 - ALL 4 LAB SIMULATION performed: We will be doing each lab station as INDIVIDUALS. There will be NO performing these lab station on your own WITHOUT all individuals watching you. If you think this is intimidating for your peers to watch you, then imagine how you will feel when an examiner is standing right behind you making SURE you do everything correctly.....or else you fail.

DO NOT WORRY!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

we are all going to do it and we are all going to make mistakes because that is what drives us to perfection. You cannot learn without failure....and NO ONE is perfect at first.

12:00 - 12:30 - Lunch: This will be a working lunch filled with questions and answers. We have precious little time for this workshop so lets make every moment count ! During this time we will be talking about MENTAL STRENGTH and keeping a STUDY SCHEDULE ROUTINE

12:30 - 1:30 - ALL 4 Lab Simulation Stations: Continuation to drill this into your subconscious so you can do it without thinking

1:30 - 2:00 - Areas Of Care mnemonic review AND Grids: We will REVIEW the critical element mnemonics for the lab simulation stations. Please note - You MUST have a clear understanding of these critical element mnemonics BEFORE you come to the workshop. We will also be reviewing exactly what and how to use the Grids

2:00 - 5:30 - ALL Areas Of Care to be done: This will follow the same format as the Lab Stations. You will be doing these critical elements on a dummy with 4 other people watching you (counting myself). If you can handle 4 sets of eyeballs watching you, I can guarantee you will be OK with just ONE examiner!

5:30 - Go to your hotel (or hit the Las Vegas strip - it's up to you)

AGENDA (Sunday) Here is our timeline of events for the second day of the Mastermind Workshop

09:00 - 11:00 - Nursing Care Plans: This is without a doubt a BIG section to focus on. REMEMBER to bring your nursing care plan books with you as we will be drilling a lot of content into 2 hours.

11:00 - 12:30 - Areas Of Care Documentation:  - This should be straight forward as we will be following our GRID from yesterday as to what we need to document. All documentation will be reviewed as a group

12:30 - 1:00 - Lunch: Again I will say it - we have little time so this will be a WORKING LUNCH. Be prepared to discuss anything that is holding you back or problem areas. REMEMBER - it is better to fail your way to success here than to simply fail at the CPNE.

1:00 - 1:30 -20 Minute Checks:  We will review what we need to do within the first 20 minutes as well as actually PERFORMING these actions as we lead into the next section of....

1:30 - 5:30 - Putting it all together and doing a Patient Care Situation (PCS): All these things that we learn and do are nothing unless we put EVERYTHING into action. We have already done hands on PCS's but now we are going to be writing care plans, documenting everything as well as working on weak points. THIS IS WHERE YOU GET SUPER STRONG for the CPNE. Each person will be going through 1-2 PCS and having everyone watch. If you can do it here you can do it there.

There is a MAXIMUM of 4 students ONLY per workshop

This GUARANTEES every student will get INDIVIDUAL attention

Workshop is ONLY available to current RobsREVIEW members
